Campbell’s of Beauly
Based in the Scottish Highlands, Campbell’s is a 165-year-old outfitter with a Royal Warrant and a reputation as a UK institution. A custom Shopify website and POS system was designed and built to integrate e-commerce, two retail locations, warehouse operations and third-party inventory software. The result is a seamless, real-time network connecting suppliers, warehouses and sales channels—streamlining buying, unifying stock and positioning the brand for confident global growth.

Heartland
One of the UK’s first specialty coffee roasters commissioned a full rebrand to mark its 20th year in business. The transformation spanned packaging, collateral and digital, creating a cohesive identity that honours legacy while opening space for future growth. The new brand world feels quietly confident, well-crafted and enduring—true to Heartland’s roots yet ready for the next chapter.

PYRUS
Operating from a walled garden in East Lothian, PYRUS has built a reputation for sculptural floristry rooted in British-grown flowers. With more than a decade of history, the studio required a digital platform to reflect its ethos while supporting growing demand. A refreshed Squarespace site elevated structure, design and positioning—creating a brand presence as intentional, evolving and quietly powerful as the garden itself.

BEATNIK
BEATNIK, one of Scotland’s leading specialty coffee shops, wanted to celebrate its community while driving brand engagement. We led creative direction, design and sourcing for a limited-edition merch line (t-shirts, water bottles and totes) alongside a broader transformation: a custom Shopify site, integrated LightSpeed POS and the design of cups, menus, gift cards and stickers. Together, these elements created a cohesive, commercially powerful hospitality brand experience.

Brenda Rosete
Bristol-based photographer and videographer Brenda Rosete crafts slow, story-driven visuals. A tailored brand strategy aligned her distinctive style with an audience that values intentional storytelling—defining her niche within the UK photography and videography industry and positioning her as the trusted creative for brands seeking authenticity and resonance.

Rosie Sugden Cashmere
Rosie Sugden is rewriting what Scottish cashmere means: modern, fashion-first and globally relevant. A custom Shopify website was created to translate heritage into a contemporary, style-led digital experience. Seasonal updates keep the brand sharp, responsive and positioned for international growth.

Pollen
An iconic Manchester bakery with a cult following required an identity as distinctive as its craft. Photographs of bread and viennoiserie were abstracted into bespoke graphic patterns—tactile, artisanal and unmistakably Pollen. Applied across packaging and collateral, the system forms a brand language as carefully made and expressive as the bakery itself.

The Gathering Hand
An offshoot of GRAS, one of Scotland’s most respected architecture practices, The Gathering Hand required a digital platform for collectible design. A custom Shopify website was conceived as part commerce, part gallery—rejecting convention in favour of a curated, high-luxury experience that positions each piece with the gravitas of an art collection.

Architecture Office
An Edinburgh-based architecture practice recognised for small but highly considered projects required a brand presence to match its architectural ethos. Collateral and a pared-back Squarespace website were designed to reflect principles of restraint: functional, minimal, tactile and without excess.

THUIS
Based in Rotterdam, THUIS creates accessible, design-led homeware. The project included naming, visual identity and small-batch packaging, produced in collaboration with a leading Portuguese manufacturer.

buff.
Edinburgh’s leading nail studio is redefining the manicure and pedicure industry. A visual identity, packaging system and collateral were developed alongside a refined, product-led Squarespace website. The platform bridges in-studio service with e-commerce, integrating appointment booking and presenting a premium, digitally-led customer journey.

Silvermills
Established in 1987 and now led by the next generation of its founding family, Silvermills is a property and investment firm focused on social impact and placemaking. A full rebrand introduced a new visual identity, engaging street-level hoarding, and a Squarespace website that breaks industry convention while showcasing landmark Edinburgh developments.

treen
Edinburgh’s most loved sustainable fashion store required an end-to-end brand build. From Shopify website and POS to packaging, collateral and email marketing, every touchpoint was designed to reflect treen’s commitment to conscious retail. The resulting brand world feels as intentional online as it does in-store—loved locally and recognised globally.

Noma
London-based Noma Body blends clinical credibility with a soft, muted palette. Specialising in gentle, skin-nourishing formulas—from oil scrubs to restorative masks—the brand required packaging that communicates both care and quality. Premium packaging was developed to embody trust, subtlety and joy.

Story Shop
Glasgow-based PR firm Story Shop works with many of Scotland’s most exciting brands. A custom Squarespace website was designed to reflect its creative ethos—layered with hand-drawn icons, expressive animation, and distinctive typesetting. The result is a digital presence that balances personality with precision and feels unmistakably Story Shop.

Pulp
Launched in the UK, Pulp is a new-to-market juice brand created to disrupt its industry. Packaging was designed with bold, unconventional colourways set against the natural tones of the ingredients for maximum shelf impact. Cross-industry research, drawing from beauty and lifestyle, ensured a visual identity that resonates with design-conscious consumers.
Based in Edinburgh, connected globally.
Our studio is based in Marchmont, a quiet corner of Edinburgh that gives us space to think and create.
We set up temporary studios abroad one per year—creative residencies that offer new networks, cultural input and perspective. In 2024, we worked from Amsterdam. In 2025, Los Angeles. In 2026, we’re heading to New York.
These stints keep us agile, relevant and connected to global conversations.
Founded by brand consultant Jemma Rathore, Meraki Concept Studio is intentionally solo-led.
Every project is run in-house by Jemma, who leads on strategy, design and development. No handovers. No middle layers. Just focused, high-level thinking from start to finish. It’s a quieter, more intentional way of working—and it delivers.

"Jemma is a Swiss Army knife in the best way. She helped us rethink everything from our Shopify site and packaging to digital strategy and customer journeys. Nothing was approached in isolation; she brought it all together into a single, cohesive brand experience. Her depth of experience meant we moved fast but never cut corners. Since launch, we’ve seen a clear uplift in sales and far stronger engagement from both new and returning customers."

"Jemma has this ability to take everything swirling around in your head and turn it into something that makes perfect sense. She led us through a brand strategy process that brought real clarity, not just in how we speak but in how we think about what we do. It’s helped us sharpen our positioning and communicate with confidence in a space where everyone starts to blur together."

"Since Jemma took over our digital marketing, we’ve seen real, measurable growth. She’s restructured our email flows in Omnisend, launched targeted ad campaigns across Meta and Google, and fine-tuned our SEO each month. Within six months, our online revenue has increased by 38% and email engagement has doubled. It’s rare to find someone who brings both strategy and execution with this level of clarity. She’s helped us find and connect with exactly the right audience."
Hannah B.
-
"Jemma has completely transformed the way our business runs. Before, our online and in-store systems were totally disconnected, inventory constantly misaligned, and nothing speaking to each other. She built a Shopify site that works as beautifully as it looks, fully integrated it with our POS system, and now manages the site monthly to keep everything running smoothly. Her depth of experience shows in every decision: practical, strategic, and never trend-driven. Everything is sharper, smarter and finally in sync."

-
"We needed a partner who could help us grow up without losing our personality, and Jemma delivered exactly that. She designed packaging and brand collateral that felt like a natural evolution: modern, elevated, but still unmistakably us. Every detail was intentional, from typography to material choices, creating a cohesive, confident brand presence across both print and product. We also really valued working with Scottish printers for the project, something we wouldn’t have been able to do without Jemma’s connections and longstanding relationships."

"Jemma helped us carve out a clear and compelling niche in an industry that often feels overcrowded and samey. She didn’t just build the website and walk away; she continues to manage and refine it, keeping us relevant as the business evolves. Her ongoing SEO work ensures we’re not just visible, but visible to the right people. It’s thoughtful, long-term support that’s helped us stay sharp, competitive and confident in how we show up online."
